Virtual founding round of the initiative
For partners who will support the initiative in the long term: companies, sponsors, funders and foundations. Monday, 23 November, 14:00 to 15:30, online, by invitation, no more than about 18 guests.
No investment offer; at most a non-binding letter of intent is signed. Registration by email: info@aciel-martinez-poll.com
Sponsors for parts of the week
Sponsors can support one evening, the music of the Stabat Mater, the technology for online participation or the school performance. No naming in the church on Sunday.
Foundations
In 2026 there is no charitable body. The organiser is self-employed and cannot issue donation receipts. Possible: a service contract with an invoice, or supporting the aid organisations directly.
Funders and investors
- No investment offer, no equity stake, no claim to profit.
- Service contracts with an invoice only; every funder is checked against the EU sanctions lists.
- No money from parties, embassies, governments, state-owned companies or companies in which the Cuban state holds a stake. No funder above 15 percent of the budget.
Report after the week
After the week, sponsors and members receive a report on how the week went, income, expenditure and the amounts passed on to the aid organisations.
